Michael Beale has sent Scott Arfield a two word message as he gets set for life after Rangers after finding a new club.

The former Light Blues star has jetted off to the MLS and put pen to paper on a deal with Charlotte FC as he begins a new chapter in his career. His deal runs through until 2024 with the option to extend for the 2025 season. His move sees him hook up with former Burnley team-mate Ashley Westwood.

Charlotte FC Sporting Director Zoran Krneta commented: “We’re delighted to be signing a midfielder of Scott’s caliber who joins Charlotte FC after a decorated career in Scotland and England.
