Michael Beale 'rejects' Wolves job as former Rangers coach sticks with QPR

Former Rangers coach Michael Beale has reportedly turned down the chance to become the next manager of Wolves.

The 42-year-old is a wanted man with QPR atop the English Championship but the Daily Telegraph state he has told the Midlands clubs he will not be leaving Loftus Road at the present time. Beale has earned acclaim in West London with his side thrilling punters and earning results in a bid to reach the English Premier League.

And Beale's stock is soaring after his key role working alongside Steven Gerrard as his No.2 at Rangers and Aston Villa. The Londoner previously worked in Brazil before turning heads within the Liverpool and Chelsea academies. But despite Wolves wanting him to succeed Bruno Lage, it now appears he will not be leaving QPR for the time being.
