Rangers boss Michael Beale has provided an injury update on Danilo after the forward went off injured during the victory over St Johnstone.
The Brazilian headed his side into the lead in Perth as he turned home a James Tavernier cross after 16 minutes.
Danilo outjumped Liam Gordon but suffered a nasty head knock in the process as a result of an accidental collision with the St Johnstone captain.
The striker stayed on the ground and was quickly assessed by Rangers medical staff who deemed he was unable to continue.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Beale said: "It was desperately disappointing to lose Danilo because he has been looking sharp in training over the last two weeks and before that he had had one or two issues.
"It looks like it is a fractured cheekbone and we are going to miss him for a while after he scored an excellent goal.
"He is already at the hospital and he will have whatever he needs. We know it is a fracture on the side of his face.
"I am not the expert on that but that is the information I have been given from the medical team already."
