Michael Beale has confirmed Ryan Jack will be signing a new deal at Rangers.
The midfielder is currently in the final weeks of his contract alongside the likes of Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent, Allan McGregor, Steven Davis, Filip Helander and Scott Arfield but he is one that will be hanging around as part of the big summer rebuild at Ibrox.
The Rangers boss has confirmed that Morelos will be leaving in the coming weeks with Kent expected to follow alongside McGregor. However, Scotland international Jack won't be part of the group to depart with it just a case of making the news official. He said: "It's really positive, it's just a matter of announcing it. I have said before that I want Ryan to stay and it's for days like this. He has been available for 80 to 85 per cent of games this season.

"The injury he got recently was unlucky, he blocked a shot and was out for three weeks. But he's bounced back, he trained a couple of days and then put that performance in. We know we have a fantastic midfielder in Ryan."
Rangers are set for a huge summer of activity and have already been linked to a host of names. Jack Butland, Kieran Dowell, Dujon Sterling and Auston Trusty are just a few of the players to have been mentioned as potential targets.
And Beale admits he's been very busy and has been speaking to players he wants to get on board ahead of his task to dethrone Celtic while also attempting to reach the Champions League group stage once again next season.
He added: "I have been really busy in the last few weeks, focusing on getting players. I have sometimes had to stop to think about the games that are in front of me.
"It's exciting, we are speaking to some good players but they have to come in and show the energy the boys did on Saturday. It's an exciting time and I think we will be in good shape."
