Micah Parsons joked that other players should shoot their shot after Travis Kelce successfully wooed Taylor Swift

The NFL and celebrity world have converged on the possible romance of Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

For Dallas Cowboys outside linebacker Micah Parsons, he said he feels it’s now time for other football players to ‘start shooting from deep’ to land a famous next date.

Kelce made a big gesture to get Swift’s attention, and Parsons has so much respect for the Chiefs player’s success that he wants other NFL players to follow Kelce’s head.

“I think Trav set the standard for this,” Parsons joked on his podcast about the idea of other NFL players trying to land a date with someone else famous.

While we’re not entirely sure that this plea will work, Parsons sure does seem fired up about more power couples possibly emerging from the NFL and celebrity world.

We’ll see how Kelce and Swift continue in their courting, but for Parsons, it could be the start of even more whirlwind romances that bind the gridiron with Hollywood.
