In a thrilling Game 3 of the NL Division Series, the New York Mets emerged victorious with a 7-2 win over the Philadelphia Phillies at Citi Field. The Mets, playing their first home game in 16 days, now hold a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series.

The Mets' offense was led by Pete Alonso, who hit another home run off Aaron Nola, and Jesse Winker, who also went deep with a solo shot. Starling Marte came through with a crucial two-run single to help secure the win for the wild-card Mets.
