Meta launches AI assistant in the UK amid Instagram and Facebook privacy backlash

Meta AI, the artificial intelligence from the company behind Facebook and Instagram, is launching in the UK amid a storm of controversy.

If you’re on either of those social media platforms, you will be able to start conversing with the AI chatbot from today (October 8).
