A Metropolitan Police officer who held a grudge against Sir Sadiq Khan after receiving a Ulez fine told colleagues “the Muslims are taking over”.
PC Brendan Jones was also reported to have said the London mayor “has links to terrorism”, a gross misconduct hearing was told.
