The Metropolitan Police have been distributing doorbell cameras to Hackney’s residents, the council has said, as the search for a criminal tree vandal continues.
Despite months of mysterious attacks on the borough’s street trees, local politicans and the public have grown frustrated as the culprit continues to evade the authorities.
