Unsettled conditions are expected for Greater Manchester and many other parts of the UK this weekend, according to the Met Office.
As temperatures continue to remain significantly warm, the Met Office has warned that some areas could see thundershowers over the weekend. According to predictions, Manchester will see temperatures as high as 27C on Friday with sunny conditions throughout the morning and early afternoon.
However, conditions will become more cloudy on Saturday with noticeably less sun - temperatures will remain quite high, peaking at 23C. But on Sunday, there will be a short period in the late afternoon and early evening where there will be a mixture of sunny conditions and showers accompanied by high temperatures of 22C.
