It looks set to be a rainy and slightly overcast day in Leeds as we we enter the second day of the long bank holiday weekend.
The Met Office is predicting heavy rain throughout the early parts of Friday morning, with downpours beginning at around 1am and continuing until at least 9am. The rain in Leeds should come to a stop at around 10am when showers will be replaced by overcast skies.
But the sun could break through as the day progresses with warm temperatures predicted for the afternoon. Highs of 16C are forecast for between 2pm and 6pm, according to the Met Office.
