The Met Office has issued a weather warning as wind is set to batter Merseyside.
A yellow weather warning is currently in place from 3pm on Tuesday, April 11 to 6am on Wednesday, April 12. Forecasters said there is set to be a "period of strong winds bringing the potential for some disruption on Tuesday and Wednesday."
It also means delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely, bus and train services are set to be impacted with journeys taking longer and possible short term loss of power. It is predicted it is likely there will be delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges.

The Met Office said it is also likely some coastal routes, sea fronts and coastal communities will be affected by spray and/or large waves.
Met Office Chief Meteorologist Jason Kelly said: “A change is on the way for the UK weather as the dry, settled, and in places warm conditions are replaced by a more unsettled weather pattern from Sunday afternoon.
“This change happens first for Northern Ireland and Scotland, where Sunday afternoon rain will be replaced by blustery showers overnight and into Monday. Elsewhere, a mainly dry, but increasingly cloudy day on Sunday, with rain arriving for parts of Wales and southwest England by evening. Rain spreads east across other areas into Monday, with showers following.”
It comes after Liverpool and the rest of Merseyside enjoyed glorious sunshine on Saturday and mild weather on Easter Sunday.
