Temperatures in the UK are set to rise this week, making it hotter temperatures than Majorca and Greece in parts by the end of the week. It is also looking good for the Easter weekend.
From Wednesday (April 13), it is set to be much warmer than it has been and a GMB forecaster said that on Thursday it will be warmer than places like Majorca. Highs of 18°C are being forecast for Wales on Tuesday.
London and swathes of the south will see the mercury nearing 20°C on Thursday, while it will be around 16°C . in Ibiza and Majorca, while Greece sees highs of 17°C in Chios and Thessaloniki, Kavala and Limnos.

The Met Office forecast for this period reads: "Increasingly warm. Sunny spells Wednesday interspersed with cloudier periods and scattered showers. Thursday and Friday largely dry and bright. Morning mist and fog patches likely, slower to clear around coasts."
Their forecast for Wales this week says: "Rain clears through Tuesday. Some bright spells developing in the afternoon and largely dry, though still with an isolated shower possible. Feeling rather warm again. Maximum temperature 18°C.
"A mixture of sunny spells and showers in places for Wednesday to Saturday. Low cloud, mist and fog are possible, especially during the mornings, but feeling warm in the sunshine."

The forecasts have sparked bookmaker Ladbrokes to slash the odds to 5-2 on a record hot Easter. Spokesman Alex Apati said: "At last it looks as though Brits will have something to smile about on the weather front, with a record-breaking Easter scorcher potentially on the cards."
Meanwhile, motorists have been warned that this weekend's Easter getaway will be the busiest on the UK's roads in at least eight years.
An estimated 21.5 million leisure trips will be made by car between Good Friday and Easter Monday, the RAC said. That is the most since the organisation began tracking motorists' Easter plans in 2014. The busiest single day on the roads over the bank holiday weekend is expected to be Good Friday.
Drivers wanting to avoid as much congestion as possible are urged to set off before 9am or delay their journeys until after 7.30pm.
