Bank holidays are coming thick and fast this month, with three falling in the space of just four weeks.
Yesterday (Monday) was the first of these, known as May Day. Another bank holiday takes place on the final Monday of the month, and in addition to this, people in the UK will get an additional day off due to King Charles III's coronation on May 8.
But while the mere idea of a bank holiday may conjure up images of sunny beer gardens and BBQs, the Met Office is predicting cool and cloudy conditions for the coronation weekend.

A tweet from its official account said: "After a fine spell this coming week, the weather is likely to turn more unsettled from the south and west heading towards and into the Coronation Bank Holiday weekend".
On Saturday, May 6, it is currently set to be overcast, with a 20% chance of rain. Experts predict highs of 14C that feel more like 12C, and lows of 9C that feel more like 8C.
Moving into the Sunday, May 7, things look to be similar, though with a few more sunny spells.
The Met Office long-range forecast from May 5-May 14 reads: "On Friday, a band of rain will slowly edge north-eastwards across the UK, closely followed by brighter conditions with showery outbreaks developing, some of these heavy, perhaps thundery.
"Far north/north-eastern parts staying mostly dry, although feeling much cooler here in stronger winds. Through the weekend, southern parts are more likely to see unsettled conditions with fresh winds, rain and showers, these perhaps heavy and thundery, while the north is likely to remain drier.
"For the rest of the period, high pressure to the northeast of the UK will bring drier and cooler conditions further north, whereas low pressure to the southwest means a higher chance of showers and warmer conditions in the south. Temperatures [are] likely around to a little below average."
