Met Gala 2026: Best, worst and wackiest looks - plus Kendall and Kylie Jenner's nipple dresses

Fashion’s elite descended on the iconic steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the 2026 Met Gala on Monday, showing off the best - and weirdest - in haute couture.

Guests, which included Beyonce, Rihanna, Kate Moss and more, were invited to explore how designers use the human body as a blank canvas with the dress code Fashion Is Art.

Some stars chose to free the nipple as they interpreted the theme, with sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner rocking outfits that incorporated faux-nipples.

Kim Kardashian took inspiration from her younger siblings, wearing a tangerine fibreglass breastplate with pointed tips made from a repurposed cast from the 1960s.
