A mostly dry and warm February is in store as Met Eireann has issued a great forecast for the month.
High pressure is set to dominate with warm temperatures and dry conditions for most of the month, according to Met Eireann's long-range forecast. However, there will be a brief period of low pressure with more unsettled conditions but not for long.
From Friday, high pressure will bring a light southwesterly or variable airflow over the country. This means Ireland will enjoy dry conditions with precipitation amounts expected to be below average, especially along southern coasts.
