Met Eireann has issued a double weather warning for three counties for Monday evening, as wind and rain sweeps across the island.
There are wind and rain alerts in effect this evening for Cork, Kerry and Waterford as the south coast in particular is set to face stormy conditions with dangerous gusts of wind and heavy rain showers.
The status yellow warnings were issued earlier this afternoon.

They're in effect from 4 pm this afternoon until 11:30 pm tonight.
The alert is for "spells of heavy rain and possible spot flooding and strong south to southeast winds with gusts of 70 to 100 km/h."
Meanwhile, a Status Yellow Gale warning is in effect for all coasts of Ireland.
The overall forecast for tonight reads: "A wet and windy night at first as the rain tracks northeastwards, becoming drier for a time before showers follow, mainly affecting the south and west. Fresh to strong and gusty southeasterly winds will moderate and veer westerly as the rain clears. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 3C in the south and west, 4 to 6C elsewhere.
Tuesday will start wet, but "rain will clear the northeast early in the morning to leave a mainly bright day. Occasional showers will push in from the southwest, mainly affecting Connacht, Munster and south Leinster with drier intervals elsewhere. Highest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds, fresher on coasts.
"Wednesday will be mainly dry with sunny spells start to the day, rain will develop in Munster and Leinster in the afternoon, moving in to east Ulster later. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees. Mainly light southerly winds will strengthen and become easterly with the rain, then northeasterly later."
