Met Eireann has said that weather warnings are "likely" next week as a potential storm moves over Ireland from the Atlantic.
Strong winds are predicted along with rain in what some weather experts predict could be the first named storm of the year here. Our weather looks likely to remain unsettled with a mix of sunny spells and rain over the Easter weekend but things will take a turn for the worse on Tuesday.
Met Eireann has given its forecast beyond the Easter Bank Holiday weekend and said it will be "wet and windy on Tuesday with wind warnings likely to be issued." They added: "There is potential for impactful conditions so stay up to date with the forecast for your local area."
