Met Eireann has forecasted more miserable weather for Dublin but it's not all bad news.
There is currently a triple rainfall warning in place for parts of the country. The Status Yellow alerts are in effect for Waterford, Cork, Galway, Mayo, and Kerry.
A Met Eireann forecaster has warned of "spells of heavy rain at times, heaviest in coastal and mountainous areas. Localised flooding and isolated thunderstorms possible".

However, one weather expert said an Azores High could bring back summer weather by the weekend. Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather said: "The hope is still there but outside reliable timeframe still. Pressure building from end of week, a question how high it goes and how long it lasts."
A wet and windy morning is expected today but the rain will clear eastwards by around midday with sunny spells and scattered heavy showers. Strong southerly winds at first will become moderate to fresh and gusty south to southwesterly and the highest temperatures will be 17 or 18 degrees.
Tomorrow will start off with sunny spells and showers which will be the heaviest and most frequent in the afternoon with some thundery bursts at times. The highest temperatures will be 16 or 17 degrees.
While there is no further forecast for Dublin, here is what the national outlook says:
Wednesday night
"Showery rain will continue in parts of the east on Wednesday night. Elsewhere, there will be drier conditions though some showers will also feed into the western coasts later in the night.
"Lowest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees, coolest in the west in light westerly or variable breezes. A few mist or fog patches in parts too.
Thursday
"Thursday will bring a mix of sunny spells and showers. Some of the showers will be heavy and possibly thundery, especially in parts of the northeast. Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees, in light to moderate westerly or variable breezes.
Thursday night
"Mostly cloudy on Thursday night with showery outbreaks of rain or drizzle in parts of the north. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees in light southwesterly breezes.
Friday
"Friday morning will bring a few scattered showers and some bright spells at first. Outbreaks of rain or drizzle then spreading over the country during the afternoon and evening. Highs of 14 to 17 degrees, in mostly moderate south to southwesterly winds.
Saturday
"Winds will veer west to northwest on Saturday bringing further showers but a lot of dry weather in the south and southwest. Some bright or sunny spells too especially later in the day with temperatures marginally higher."
