Messy drivers have been issued a warning over how tidy their car is or risk facing a hefty fine.
Those with messy cars could be given a £5,000 fine if they fail to keep their cars tidy. Many drivers are guilty of leaving rubbish such as fast food packaging, coffee cups or empty drinks bottles in their car and this could impact their driving.
While it seems like an innocent mistake, it could have dire consequences. If a piece of rubbish lodges itself under the pedals, it could cause a catastrophic accident, experts are warning.
