Message of support have flooded in for the families of a couple killed in a house fire.
Rebecca Foster, 32, and her fiancé Kieran Naylor, 33, were pulled out of their home in the early hours of Monday, December 12, after a blaze took over at their home on Delph Lane, Daresbury. Cheshire Police said the couple suffered serious injuries and were taken to Warrington and Whiston hospitals in critical condition.
Rebecca died in hospital two days later on Wednesday, December 14 and Kieran fought for his life for a further two weeks before dying on Monday, December 26. In a tribute issued on December 19, Rebecca's family remembered her as a "loving and caring daughter", adding their "lives have been absolutely torn apart by her death".

Kieran's family paid tribute following their loss and described him as "the best son, brother and uncle that anyone could have wished for". Since the ECHO published the news of the couple's tragic death, ECHO readers have sent messages of support to their families.
Writing on the ECHO's Facebook page, Sarah Garcia said: "Soul destroying, thoughts to the families." Kiri Taylor added: "Heartbreaking news condolences are sent to both families at this sad and difficult time. RIP beautiful couple. Fly so high with angels."
Ginny Thomas also said: "How sad may they both rest peacefully together forever."
A Cheshire Police spokesman said investigations into the cause of the fire are still ongoing, but it is not believed to be suspicious.
At the time of the incident, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS) said five appliances from Runcorn, Lymm, Warrington, Frodsham and Widnes were called to the scene on Delph Lane in Daresbury, between Runcorn and Warrington, at 12.43am on December 12.
They were supported by paramedics from North West Ambulance Service, who told the ECHO two casualties were taken to hospital, and fire service relief crews from Birchwood, Chester, Crewe and Powey Lane in addition to the aerial ladder platform from Lymm.
CFRS said the detached house was “well alight” on the ground floor, before spreading to the roof. Firefighters remained on scene into Tuesday, damping down and monitoring for hotspots or flare-ups.
The investigation has been supported by Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service urban search and rescue to ensure the building was safe enough to enter and examine.
