A number of homes on Merseyside are set to go under the hammer with a starting price of just £15,000.
All three properties are two-up, two-down mid terraces with a rear yard and are located on roads across the region where house prices are rising.
In Anfield, a two-bed terrace is up for grabs on Sunlight Street, off Belmont Road. The property is also near Newsham Park and the busy West Derby Road.

The interior is in need of modernisation, but offers compact living space with storage, bare brick walls and panelled ceilings.
Investors could bring in a potential £8,400 per year in rent from the house, with the average price on Sunlight Street hitting £80,000 over the last year, a massive 167% jump on the previous 12 months.
Another of the properties is on Prior Street in Bootle, offering great links to the coast and city centre via the A565 and within a mile of two train stations; Seaforth and Litherland and Bootle New Strand.
According to its Zoopla listing, there's a potential rental income of £7,800 per year.
House prices on Prior Street were £62,000 over the last year and while the figure is a 12% drop on the previous 12 months, there's still room for huge returns from the guide price. In Bootle overall the average house price was £157,064, 7% higher than the previous year and 17% up on the 2020 peak of £134,330.
Both Liverpool homes are being offered with vacant possession.
The third property is over the water, on Birkenhead's Parkside Road. It is occupied on a lease agreement worth £4,500 annually, although there is potential for the property to bring in £7,800 per year in rental income.
