A dad-of-three is set to make the journey to Ukraine in the hope of taking vital supplies to those struggling following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The lifelong Liverpool FC fan from Formby is hoping to help refugees who have escaped the wartorn country.
Simon Davies, owner of Worldclass Travelling Ltd, is aiming to leave before March 20 and has set up a GoFundMe to help him and his two drivers pay to travel across the continent in his three minibuses.

Speaking to the ECHO, the 51-year-old said: "I will be filling the three minibuses to the brim with essential aid items to take over there. Once I get there I'm going to try and do my due diligence and make sure I go to a place that needs it the most because the purpose of the exercise would be pointless if I went to a place with plentiful supplies.
"I need to take it to the neediest. If that means getting into wherever I need to go so be it.
Simon will be making the trip with two of the drivers who work for his business, who he said didn't hesitate to offer to make the lengthy journey.
The LFC fan also holds the country close to his heart after he made the journey to Kyiv in 2018 to watch the reds in the Champions League final.
He said: "I did the drive from Formby to Kyiv in 2018 to watch us against Real Madrid in the Champions League final. There were plenty of rumours going around before the trip that it was a bandit ridden country, it's very dangerous, there are people standing on the roads with Kalashnikovs. There was a lot of scaremongering that you needed to be careful.
"It couldn't have been farther from the truth. I never met more hospitable people than Ukrainians. It breaks my heart what's happening to the people there."
Simon's GoFundMe page has managed to amass just under £14,000 in less than 48 hours as he looks for funds to help with the journey and help fund supplies for those in need.
