Another Victorian man has been charged with the murder of convicted drug trafficker Mitat Rasimi.
The 51-year-old, a former associate of drug kingpin Tony Mokbel, was found dead with four bullet wounds to his chest behind the wheel of his silver Peugeot Coupe at Dandenong in March 2019.
Police arrested a 44-year-old Lysterfield South man shortly before 5am on Thursday and later charged him with murder.
A second man, a 32-year-old from Hallam, was also arrested and interviewed.
The Lysterfield South man is due to front the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday afternoon.
Two other men were previously charged in connection with Rasimi's murder. They are pleading not guilty.
