Megyn Kelly slams Cornell Jane Doe: she’s not an ‘attractive gal’

Jane Doe Megyn Kelly Cornell

Right-wing commentator Megyn Kelly attacked an alleged Cornell University gang rape victim, criticizing her appearance and claiming she may have agreed to the sexual acts to feel desired.
The student, identified as Jane Doe , filed a lawsuit alleging she was drugged and raped by seven men at a Chi Phi fraternity house in 2024.
Although the Cornell Chi Phi chapter was closed and several students were expelled or suspended, no criminal charges have been filed, and all accused men deny wrongdoing.
New York Attorney General Letitia James opened a criminal investigation into the allegations following criticism from Governor Kathy Hochul regarding the initial handling of the case.
Cornell President Michael Kotlikoff expressed support for an independent review into the university's response to the incident.
