Prince Harry used the Invictus Games to introduce his new girlfriend Meghan Markle to the public.
The sporting event is of course a cause close to Harry's heart and it was here that he made his first ever appearance with his other half.
The pair headed to a tennis match as part of the Games in Toronto, with Meghan ensuring all eyes on her with an interesting outfit.
She teamed a pair of ripped blue jeans and ballet pumps with a crisp white shirt designed by her friend Misha Nonoo, as reports the Mirror.
The $185 shirt set got people talking after it emerged the name of the piece was called the 'husband' shirt.
At the time, Meghan and Harry weren't engaged and many wondered if the top was a way of signalling what was to come.
The Daily Mail even noted it was "perhaps a subtle indication by Meghan that she won’t be a single lady for much longer".
The loved-up pair held hands as they walked towards the court and smiled and exchanged small talk with each other.
They were said to be delighted with their first public appearance, which made headlines across the world.
A royal source said at the time: "It was a calm fun atmosphere for the competitors and their families which was the most important thing."
And just several months later, Harry and Meghan announced their engagement to the world before marrying at St George's Chapel in Windsor in May 2018.
Since then, they've had a busy time.
They've been working royals, quit the Firm, welcomed two children and now live in star-studded California.
Last week it was revealed that Harry won't be able to attend his grandfather's memorial service in the UK next month, but will make it to the Netherlands for the 2022 Invictus Games in The Hague.
On Friday, a spokesperson for the Duke of Edinburgh confirmed he will miss the high-profile occasion in Westminster Abbey on March 29.
