Meghan Markle has revealed her "whirlwind" morning routine at home with Prince Harry - and the one thing she does each day for their children Archie and Lilibet.
In the latest episode of her podcast Archetypes, Meghan discusses the "pressures of what it means to be a partner and a parent in this modern age" alongside Canada's first lady Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, the wife of Justin Trudeau, actress Pamela Adlon and comedian Sam Jay.
During her chat with mum-of-three Pamela, best known for being the voice of Bobby Hill on the animated series King of the Hill, the two women chat about being busy mums - and the "morning rush".
And Meghan shared exactly what mornings look like in her household in Montecito - and her "greatest way" of starting the day.
She reveals: "Yeah well so the morning rush I'm sure it'll only get more chaotic as they get older.
"But for me, it's, you know, both monitors on, for the kids to hear them, always up with Lili, get her downstairs, then a half hour later Archie's up.
"Start doing his lunch box right before he's up, while I have her, getting her a little nibble, my husband's helping me get him downstairs.
"And I make breakfast for all three of them. It's very important to me, I love doing it. To me, it feels like the greatest way to start the morning.
"And then it's like feed all three of the dogs because we just got another dog and then get Archie out of the door to school and, you know, it feels like a whirlwind."
Pamela then asks of Prince Harry: "Also, I hope daddy's being a good contributor to like the kid time?
And Meghan replies: "Oh my husband, he's great."
Meanwhile, also in the podcast, Meghan revealed she found studying for the British citizenship exam "so hard" and claimed even Harry had "no idea" of some of the answers.
When American Meghan became engaged to Harry, a statement from Kensington Palace confirmed was planning on becoming a dual UK and US citizen - and would be applying for British citizenship, which includes taking a test.
And in the podcast, Pamela asks Meghan: "Oh that's another thing we have in common, the English people thing, I'm English.
And Meghan replies: "Yes, I heard you just got your citizenship, was it last year, a couple of years ago?
Pamela tells her: "I did a couple of years ago."
And Meghan reveals: "That citizenship exam is so hard. I was studying for it and I remember going 'oh my goodness'.
"I would ask my husband. 'Did you know this? Did you know this?' And he would be like 'I had no idea'.
Pamela teases: "I think they made it harder for you.
To which Meghan says: "You think?" And Pamela jokes: "Yeah, they were like, we're gonna really throw up walls on this one."
Meghan and Harry signed a lucrative deal with the audio streaming giant Spotify to host and produce podcasts, estimated to be worth around £18 million, in late 2020.
Archetypes was launched with the aim of investigating "labels that try to hold women back" through conversations between Meghan and historians, experts and women who have experienced being typecast.
Other guests on her podcast have included Paris Hilton, Serena Williams, Mariah Carey and Mindy Kaling.
