Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are allegedly "far more popular in America" because they are seen as a "modern couple", one royal author has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's popularity in the States has skyrocketed as they've become involved in "issues that really matter", the Mirror reports. Markle is well-respected for her charity work and is expected to receive the 2022 Woman Of Vision award for "her global advocacy to empower and advocate on behalf of women and girls".
The couple also recently met up with some Californian students to speak about the ways in which they can help prevent feelings of peer-pressure and lack of self confidence among young people.
