The actress, 36, set pulses racing as she transformed into the buxom Baywatch blonde, while her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, 32, as they got into character as Pammy's ex-husband Tommy Lee.
Megan and MGK went to an elaborate bash in Beverly Hills, California as they dressed to the nines alongside plenty of other celebrities.
Bearing a striking resemblance to the star, Megan dressed in a two tone latex dress as well as recreating her iconic glam look.
The actress left little to the imagination in the low cut dress which showcased her ample cleavage and paired the mini with huge platform heels.
The outfit was a recreation of one of the famous snaps from 1995 when the duo were at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
The actress rocked a blonde wig for Pamela's iconic long blonde locks with a wispy fringe as well as her usual 90s makeup look.
Megan rocked a heavy smoky eye while opting for deep nude lipstick.
Meanwhile, Machine Gun Kelly dressed up as Pamela's former husband Tommy.
He wore black leather trousers which he paired with a plain white vest. He also changed his usual platinum blonde hair to black to look more like the rockstar.
The star wore a chunky chain around his neck as well as finishing off the look with a black leather belt.
Fans took to Twitter to say how great the couple looked in their Halloween costumes.

The impressive costumes come after fans were left confused with a comment Megan left on her fiancé's photo.

Machine Gun Kelly shared a series of pictures of himself on Instagram after attending the Time100 Next Gala in New York, with a clearly besotted Megan responding by listing some of his best qualities in the comments.
She wrote: "Never has anyone with better bone structure walked this earth. Exquisitely, devastatingly handsome. And 6 foot 5? Kill me or get me pregnant. Those are the only options."
Fans replied with shock in the comments.
