NEW DELHI: In latest development to the Adani-Hindenburg row, the Supreme Court on Thursday set up an expert panel comprising 6 members to look into the protection of Indian investors in the aftermath of a damning report by the US short seller.
The panel, led by former SC judge Justice A M Sapre, will regulate assessment of the extant regulatory framework and for making recommendations to strengthen the process. The report will be submitted in a sealed cover within 2 months.
