POPULAR reality programme Big Brother is back for another series after its successful ITV reboot last year.
The TV show sees strangers from across the country packed into a house-sharing situation while being broadcast to the nation.
The hopeful housemates for the 2024 series have already been announced with one hailing from Scotland.
Meet Scottish Big Brother contestant Nathan
24-year-old Big Brother housemate Nathan from Dumfries is the only Scottish contestant on the ITV show.
When asked why he applied to be on the programme, the pork salesman said he did it "purely for the experience," adding that he "likes to do new things."
He believes he will bring "a lot of enthusiasm and fun" to the Big Brother house and thinks he is "quite a strong character" who isn't afraid of confrontation.
He said: "If I think something’s wrong, I’ll call it out as being wrong - I’m not afraid to do that."

Revealing what he is looking forward to the most, the Scot shared that living in a house with complete strangers would be at the top of his list.
He said: "To be in a house with that many people will be a challenge, but I’m looking forward to it."
Beyond his role as a salesman, he claims that he was once a butler for King Charles before he became monarch.
When asked what he would do with the prize money if he won, he said: "I’ve had loads of thoughts about that. I’m quite vain.
"I got composite bonding on my teeth last year. And they stain – I love a glass of red wine so I would get a new set of veneers so I could enjoy a glass of red wine again – I’d like to get back to that."
