Mexican regional music artist Panter Bélico sang about some of Mexico's most notorious drug lords during an Independence Day celebration financed and organized by the municipal government of San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas.
On September 15, shortly after Mayor Fabiola Ricci led the traditional Grito de Independencia ceremony, the artist performed corridos connected to Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as 'El Mencho'; Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán; and Ismael 'El Mayo' Zambada.
