Medical negligence 'kills' Union minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey's brother in Bihar's Bhagalpur

PATNA: Union minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey’s younger brother Nirmal Choubey, a retired Indian Air force official, died of alleged medical negligence, at the JLN Medical College and Hospital in Bihar's Bhagalpur on Friday night.

Strangely, Bhagalpur remains the home town of Ashwini Kumar Choubey who represented it many times in the Bihar assembly. Currently, he happens to be a Union Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
