McFly working on new album with aim to become ‘glorified pub band’

  • Jones revealed the new record is partly inspired by the recently reunited Oasis , aiming for big sing-along songs.
  • The band is focusing on creating music that fulfils all four members, a discovery made during their last album.
  • Danny Jones is also fronting Greene King’s Live At Your Local campaign, promoting grassroots music across UK pubs.
