McDonald's has slashed the price of its bacon roll and McPlant burger today - but only for customers who use its My McDonald's app.
The fast food chain is selling its popular bacon roll for 30% cheaper than usual at just £1.99.
Its popular vegan option, the McPlant burger, will only cost you £1.39 - a 70% saving on its usual cost.
Punters fancying a Maccies breakfast this morning will only be able to get the discount on the bacon roll until 11am when the breakfast menu ends.
If you miss this then you will be able to grab the discounted plant-based option for the rest of today.
The fast food chains' bacon roll comes with ketchup or brown sauce and is served in a soft white roll
Whilst its popular vegan burger, which was first introduced in 2022, consists of a Beyond Meat patty, vegan sandwich sauce, ketchup, mustard, onion, pickles, lettuce, tomato and a vegan alternative to cheese with a toasted sesame seed bun.
To claim the discounts, you’ll need to download the My McDonald’s app and head to the "offers" section to add the discount to your order.
Once you have added this to your order, you can pick which McDonald's restaurant you would like to collect your meal from.
You will also need to decide what payment method you would like to use when you arrive to pick up your order.
Alongside being offered exclusive discounts, you can also collect and earn points when you order through the McDonald's app and opting into My McDonald’s Rewards.
The scheme gives you one Reward point for every penny you spend.
If you buy one of these deals today, you will earn 199 points when you grab a bacon roll and 139 when you buy the McPlant burger.
You can download the My McDonald's app for free on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
The offer comes just weeks after McDonald's launched the new Winning Sips campaign, which gives Maccies customers the chance to win free food, McDonald's merch or even £100,000 in cash.
Winning Sips started on March 29, and works in a similar way to the chain's very popular Monopoly game.
The game differs in that you won't collect game pieces in the same way as Monopoly, and there are no game pieces for Winning Sips on food items.
Unlike the Monopoly game, you don't need to collect stickers, and there are no Winning Sips stickers on food items only on medium or large soft drinks.
The Winning Sips game sees customers peel off stickers on drinks to see if they have won an instant prize, or a code that you can put into the app.
However, to make the game fair, you'll be limited to entering just eight codes into the McDonald's app, so there's no point wasting money buying dozens of drinks.
You have to be over 18 to enter the Winning Sips game, and customers will have until May 9, 2023 to claim their free prizes.
