McDonald’s is adding two new burgers to its menu today as part of its latest fast food shake-up.
First up is the Italian Stack burger, which is inspired by lasagne and is made up of two beef patties, mozzarella, crispy onions, tomato sauce, lettuce and a smooth cheese sauce, served in a toasted tomato and herb style bun.
McDonald’s is also bringing out the new Crispy Chicken Italiano, which consists of a crispy chicken fillet topped with tomato, mozzarella, a basil pesto style sauce, red onion and lettuce served up in a soft freshly toasted ciabatta style bun.
Mozzarella Dippers will be making a return to the menu from today as well. These are melted mozzarella cheese sticks coated in breadcrumbs and served with a smooth salsa dip.
For dessert, Maccies is bringing out a Tiramisu McFlurry, swirled with chocolate flavoured biscuit pieces, and a coffee and chocolate flavoured sauce.
The restaurant chain is introducing its Taste of Italy summer menu from today (June 8) until July 26.
After this, it will make room for its Taste of Spain and Cyprus menu, with the Italian Stack and Crispy Chicken Italiano being replaced with two new burgers.
The Spicy Spanish Stack features two beef patties, chilli cheddar, red onion, spicy tomato sauce and lettuce served in a warm paprika bun.

Then there is the Chicken Fiesta, which is made up of a crispy chicken fillet topped with chorizo, chilli cheddar, spicy tomato sauce, red onion and lettuce in a toasted chilli and paprika bun.
Mozzarella dippers will be replaced by halloumi fries, which are being introduced to the McDonald’s menu for the first time ever.
Finally, Maccies is bringing out a new Spanish Fruit Punch drink.
The Taste of Spain and Cyprus menu will be available from July 27 until September 6.
