Sometimes when your stomach rumbles, only a McDonald's order can hit the spot, but there's nothing worse than being served cold fries.
Some diners get around this by asking for "no salt" on their fries, meaning they are given a fresh batch. But a former McDonald's worker has now shared a better way to get fresh, hot, and salted fries. The woman, known as @Jodessy, has taken to TikTok to share her best tips and tricks.
She said asking for unsalted fries is completely unnecessary, the Mirror reports.

@Jodessy added that this is completely unnecessary and slows down the entire operation for yourself and other customers. Instead, she offers an alternative hack to get the perfect fries. She said: "Asking for fries no salt is just annoying. Just say you want the fries dropped fresh.
"Nine times out of 10 the fries are already dropped fresh."
Sharing more McDonald's "secrets", she said: "We're actually not allowed to take tips just in case you wanted to tip us - but I still took them though."
Responding to her video, one user said: "I worked at McDonald's and these are all accurate." A second said: "I say no salt on the fries everywhere - not only because I want them fresh though but because people really do be putting too much salt."
A third said: "THE NO SALT ON THE FRIES IS SO TRUE UGH".
