Fast food giant McDonald's has left shoppers 'shaken' after they discovered a 'rogue' ingredient inside its Sweet 'n' Sour dip. The dipping sauce is popular with McDonald's goers, and is particularly delicious when paired with chips and nuggets.
But many people don't actually realise what the main ingredient inside the delicious dipping pot is. Now they've found out, and one shopper was so horrified, she says the delivery left her 'shaken'.
May Gillott, 27, claims to have been left 'shaken' after finding out her favourite sauce contained fruit, having never even so much as 'associated' the condiment with fruit. Sharing her curious discovery online, Evan-May asked others to try and guess what fruit the iconic sauce actually contained. Many were left just as thunderstruck as she had been by the answer, with one person positively aghast that 'the worst fruit to exist makes the tastiest sauce'.
