McDonald's has been forced to remove the Chicken Big Mac from its menu - just a week after its release.
The chicken version of the iconic double decker burger was added to the menu as part of a promotion intended to run through until March.
But a spokesman at the fast food chain confirmed they have been forced to take the burger off the menu due to an overwhelming demand for the product.

A spokesperson from McDonald’s UK&I, told our sister title the Manchester Evening News: ‘We have been delighted by our customers’ reaction to the limited-edition Chicken Big Mac. The demand has been incredible and we simply cannot keep up.
"As such we’ve made the decision to pause the promotion, let our restaurant teams and suppliers restock and get ready for its return in a few weeks.
"We’ll keep customers informed about its return through the usual channels. Thank you to everyone who has made this our most popular launch ever.
"We can’t wait to bring it back for even more customers to enjoy.’
McDonald's posted the news on its social media channels, and fans are bitterly disappointed.A Facebook post read: "Well, that escalated quickly. Your love for the limited edition Chicken Big Mac knew no bounds and it’s sold out almost everywhere.
"Thank you for lovin’ it even more than we thought you would, it’ll be back soon."
Sorcha Alice McKay said: "How can it be sold out if you can make a big Mac or a chicken mcsandwich you can make a chicken big Mac."
Graham Canny said: "How can you sell out when you use the same ingredients for a big mac and the same burger from a Chicken sandwich."
Claire Pettigrew wrote: "Its gone i liked it should be round permanently."
Kolo Black said: "How can it be sold out when you just use two chicken McSandwich fillets instead..."
