McDonald's has announced the return of one of its popular items as part of a series of menu changes.
The Spicy Chicken McNuggets will be making their highly anticipated return with a new and improved recipe. The nuggets feature a spicy breading with a blend of aged cayenne and chilli pepper that adds a flavoursome kick to the classic McNugget.
The Spicy McNuggets will be available to purchase in store from September 7. They will be available in boxes of six, nine and 20.

What's more, McDonald's has also revealed the prizes that are up for grabs in this year's McDonald's Monopoly. The promotion enables customers to win prizes by peeling off game pieces from selected menu items. McDonald's fans can collect the pieces to win a prize or receive an instant win.
The popular game will be returning on September 7 with a new double peel format that means participants can double their chances of winning by playing on the McDonald's app as well as by peeling the ticket on the pack. Both new and existing customers who are signed up to My McDonald's rewards will also receive a free code to play.
The top prize will be £100,000 in cash, with MINI electric cars and TUI holidays also up for grabs. 1,000 McDonald's Gold Cards will also be given away during the promotion, which entitles customers to one free meal every week for a year.
Additionally, there will be millions of instant win food items and thousands of pieces of exclusive McDonald's merchandise given away, such as reusable water bottles, tote bags, socks and bean bags.
The fast food chain has also added the Spicy Chicken McNuggets, McPlant, Big Tasty, Mozzarella Dippers and Mars and Twix McFlurries to the list of stickered items included in the Monopoly promotion.
