The on-a-roll team at McDonald’s Airdrie relished the opportunity to mark the fast-food restaurant’s 25th birthday.
For more than two decades the site at the town’s retail park has brought joy - and mouth-watering products - to customers of all ages.
And to mark the milestone, the restaurant held a fun day in aid of St Andrew’s Hospice.
Staff members dressed up as superheroes, while customers and guests enjoyed fun activities including face painting and games.
Stephen Caulfield, business manager, told Lanarkshire Live : “Twenty-five years is a massive milestone and I would like to thank all of the community and the local and regular customers for been so welcoming over the years.
“We are very proud to be a part of the community of Airdrie.
“It was great fun raising money for St Andrew’s Hospice and it was also fantastic to recognise Kat Walker and Karen McLaughlin, who have both worked in the store since it first opened.
“Kat, Karen and the rest of the team at McDonald’s Airdrie do a wonderful job.”
