McDonald's fans are in for a treat as the fast food chain adds a new chicken burger to its menu.
On October 19, McDonald's is launching the McCrispy. Previously, their chicken burgers were limited edition but the McCrispy marks the chain's first permanent chicken burger in 15 years.
The burger will include a crunchy 100% chicken breast fillet, marinated in black pepper and cayenne. It will also feature the classic mayonnaise with cracked black pepper and a savoury roasted chicken flavour.

The chicken fillet will be on a four-inch artisan glazed bun which has a sweet nutty toasted flavour. The McCrispy is priced at £6.49 as an extra-value meal, reports the Liverpool Echo.
A spokesperson for McDonald's said: "Those who crave a crispier, crunchier chicken burger look no further, than the new McCrispy. McCrispy aims to be the most delicious chicken burger yet and is McDonald's first permanent chicken burger since 2007."
Sadly, you won't be able to collect any McDonald's Monopoly stickers with the McCrispy as the competition ends on October 18. The Monopoly stickers are attached to certain McDonald's food and drink items including any cold drink, fries, McFlurry, Big Tasty, McPlant, and many more. This year’s prizes include 21 MINI Electric Cars, 80 TUI holidays, and five prizes of £100,000 cash.
