Croydon’s Mayor has insisted he will not apologise to a resident who had a disabled parking bay painted around his car, before mistakenly receiving at least four parking tickets.
The incident, first reported by the Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) last week, has since attracted national attention and condemnation of the council.
