The good TV just keeps on coming, with Martin Compston starring in another BBC show "Mayflies".
The Greenock born actor took to Instagram the announce the release date for the new series, and you do not have long to wait. Eagerly awaiting fans were given a first look at the BBC Scotland drama in October, and now the release date has been revealed.
Set and filmed in Scotland, with scenes in a Glasgow pub, the show is an adaption of Andrew O'Hagan's novel of the same name, and will star actors like our very own Martin and Tony Curran.

Star of the show Martin Compston revealed the release, and it is a lot sooner than you may think.
The show will air across two nights on Tuesday, December 27 and Wednesday, December 28 at 9pm both nights.
