A huge apartment in Mayfair’s former Rolls Royce headquarters has been sold for its asking price to a “young international buyer”.
Located at 149 Park Lane, the four-bedroom, 5,222 square foot lateral apartment was listed for £26.25 million in April last year. It was marketed as “exactly the type of residence that wealthy buyers are wanting in Mayfair,” as Marcus O’Brien at Sotheby’s International Realty put it at the time. “It has the size and dimensions of a grand house, but has the living accommodation all on one floor.”
