Maya Jama indulged in a stomach drainage massage ahead of the Brit Awards after "eating McDonald's like a pig".
The TV presenter is gearing up to host the Brits red carpet tomorrow and revealed that she plans on having her "belly out" for the event.
The 27-year-old headed to London's Belgravia for a lymphatic drainage massage, which encourages movement of the lymph fluids around the body.
Taking to Instagram, Maya filmed herself lying on the massage table with a towel covering her and said: "So I am getting a lymphatic drainage massage because last minute I decided I want my belly out for Brits and I’ve been eating McDonald’s like a pig, so I will update you on what’s happening."
She then explained what the massage was good for: "‘[Reducing] bloating, getting rid of toxins, helps to flush out excess fluids & so much more."
After selling it to her followers, she urged them to try and said: "‘It doesn’t hurt at all just feels like a different type of massage."
She showed off her toned tummy during the video and said: "‘I was bloateesha before & this after. Def recommend."
Maya will be joined by Radio 1's Clara Amfo and comedian Mo Gilligan will host the main award ceremony alongside fellow funnyman Jack Whitehall.
The Walk The Line host will be presenting the ceremony from the O2 Arena on Tuesday recently got engaged to her basketball star boyfriend Ben Simmons over Christmas.
She was spotted with a huge diamond engagement ring on her finger as she strolled casually through Philadelphia with Ben, who she has been dating for eight months.
The couple made their relationship official after a PDA-packed display at Wimbledon last year.
She has been jetting to and from the UK and Ben's home in the US, where she also fronts Simon Cowell's new talent show.
They spent the festive period cosied up in Ben's £3.7million mansion in Moorestown, New Jersey.

It's been rumoured that Maya, who lives in Bristol, is looking to make the move over to the states to live with her sporting beau.
In December a source told The Sun: "Ben adores Maya and has fallen head over heels for her.
"He picked up the ring on Jewelers’ Row in the diamond district of Philadelphia the day before he proposed.
“He chose the ring himself and felt he knew exactly what she would want. Maya said yes and they’re both thrilled.”
