Maxwell committed to IPL long-term, eyes T20 World Cup

Australia's World Cup-winning master blaster Glenn Maxwell has declared he will entertain crowds in the Indian Premier League until he "can't walk anymore".

But the star allrounder is already focusing on adding a second Twenty20 World Cup to Australia's collection during next year's tournament in the United States and the West Indies.

After resting for a week since his return home from India, Maxwell will lead the Melbourne Stars in Thursday night's Big Bash League opener against Brisbane at the Gabba.
