Amazon Prime Day is here which means it’s almost time to start filling your virtual baskets with the usual discounts – everything from TVs to air fryers, vacuum cleaners to the retailer’s own range of Kindles, Fire Sticks and Echo Dots, naturally. But this time, Jeff Bezos has something a little more exciting up his sleeve and has lowered the RRP of the PlayStation 5.
No matter what the sales event, it’s rare to see discounts on any of the big-name consoles – namely the Xbox Series X or PS5. But, luckily, Amazon Prime Day has taken it up a notch by offering not one but two of the latest consoles at a lower price than the RRP – the Slim PlayStation 5 Console and the Slim PlayStation 5 Digital Console.
