Rep. Max Miller’s ex-wife, Emily Moreno, has sued the embattled Ohio congressman, alleging that he “recklessly” published a nude photograph of their young daughter.
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday, stems from an X livestream Miller hosted on August 2 as he sought to rebut Moreno’s allegations of abuse. After the livestream, the Republican posted a link to a Dropbox folder containing documents he said supported his defense of the accusations.
