Christie entered his name into the NBA Draft after just one season with Michigan State, but could still return to school should he choose. Christie started all 35 games this past year and averaged 9.3 points and 3.5 rebounds per game as a freshman.
It was reported yesterday that Gabe Brown received an invite to the NBA Draft Combine as well so Christie will have a fellow Spartan in Chicago.
How Christie performs at the combine will certainly play a big role in whether or not he keeps his name in the NBA Draft. So Spartans fans will soon know if they can expect Christie gone or back for another season.
